Great. Joy. That's just perfect. Howard, rather than picking kitty!Cedric up, grabs the wand off the floor, points it at Cedric, and says "control-Z". Unfortunately, that fails to revert Cedric back, so he takes Cedric in hand and holds him up. What now?

He tries to laugh but really, he's scared. A little less scared, now that he knows Cedric didn't just disappear and this isn't the FAYZ all over again, but still scared.
