Howard can't believe this is happening, but he starts to put it all together. He hopes he's reading the scratch in the flour right, and that Cedric will protest if he starts to put in too much or too little of any one ingredient. The combination is noxious and doesn't look even remotely magic (although admittedly Howard would still eat it, and probably will as long as Cedric doesn't tell him it'll have negative effects), but, well. It's not as if there's any alternative Howard knows.

While he stirs, Emergency Rations decides Cedric is far too messy a kitten and goes over, licking the top of his head like a mother cat. Howard chuckles at that; it's almost like him messing up Cedric's hair when Cedric's human.

God, he hopes this works.

He holds the stinking, nasty bowl towards Cedric.
